How Warranty Service Works

1. Contact FOTILE First
If your range hood requires service, contact FOTILE After-Sales Support before arranging any repair. Our team will review the reported issue and provide next-step instructions.

2. In-Home Service — Supported Service Areas
If your location is covered by our service network, FOTILE will coordinate an eligible technician to provide in-home service.

3. Local Technician — Areas Outside
Our Service NetworkIf FOTILE cannot provide on-site service in your area, we may ask you to contact a qualified local technician and obtain a repair estimate or quotation.

4. Get FOTILE Approval Before Repair
Submit the repair quotation to FOTILE for review. Written approval must be obtained before any repair work is performed. Repairs completed without prior approval may not qualify for reimbursement.

5. Labor Cost Reimbursement
After an approved repair is completed, submit the final paid invoice and any requested documentation to FOTILE. Eligible labor costs will be reimbursed in accordance with the warranty terms and the amount approved by FOTILE.

Do not arrange or authorize repairs before contacting FOTILE and receiving approval. Unauthorized repairs or labor charges may not be eligible for reimbursement.
