Exchange and Return Policy

All exchanges and returns must be authorized within 30 days of the original receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

HOW RETURNS WORK?

Our team is happy to help with returns for products you purchased through ca.fotileglobal.com. Simply call our return team at +1 888 444 2619. Please have your order number handy and we can help you through the process.

Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment themselves. Please use your own courier service, and provide us with both the order number and the return tracking number. Once the returned items have been validated as received, you will receive a confirmation email and your return will be processed. Accounts will be credited within 7–10 business days once items are received and processed.

NOTE: 

  • We only accept returns for products purchased directly from ca.fotileglobal.com. 
  • If you purchased a product at another retailer, please contact that retailer regarding your return. 
  • Refurbished or used products are NOT  returnable.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Within 30 Calendar Days

Products Damaged Upon Delivery

If you notice your product was delivered damaged, you can request a return, exchange, or repair within 30 calendar days by calling us at +1 888 444 2619.

  • For an exchange:
        The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  • For a return due to product quality issues:
        Return shipping costs will be covered by us. After inspection and confirmation, the refund will be processed. Customers must contact us either by phone at +1 888 444 2619 or by email at infoca@fotile.com to report and discuss the product quality issue. Only cases involving non-human damage or non-user-caused defects will qualify. Returns will only be accepted and processed after confirmation with our team.
  • If you’re interested in a repair:
        Just call the same number to schedule service.

Returns for Any Other Reason

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason unrelated to quality, you may return it within 30 calendar days.
    • The item must be returned in original, new, unused condition.
    • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
    • A 15% restocking fee (minimum $50) will be deducted from the refund amount, regardless of whether the product is opened or unopened.
    • Any initial delivery, shipping, or service fees are non-refundable.

After 30 Calendar Days

If the 30-day return window has passed, and your product is still under warranty, call us for warranty service or to schedule a repair. Fees may apply.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Once your product has been received by us, please allow approximately two weeks to process your refund, less any return fees or adjustments. Refunds will be issued to the card used for your purchase. If you have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at +1 888 444 2619.

We have the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not comply with our Returns Policy.
