We make it our mission to create a healthy, happy kitchen for families everywhere. We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monthly, annual sales targets, store number targets and other related annual targets.
  • Identify and evaluate product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
  • Participant in the planning and execution of various promotion/ sales projects including holding product presentation Webinar, launch promotional activity, onboarding new clients and participating trade shows. 
  • Respond to sales inquiries and following up on leads with potential clients through chat, phone, email or in-person visit to present the appropriate FOTILE products and related accessories for the initial new customer order. 
  • Identify and document issues that come up during the sales process. Provide market feedback to management about competitive activities, i.e. pricing, quality, new product introductions, etc. 
  • Assist contractors, strategic partners, or other collaborators to advance, promote or market FOTILE products and good name in the designated territory or territories.
  • Dedicate to create the best possible experience with customers and contractors. 
  • Other sales related tasks/ Ad Hoc projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • College or bachelor's degree preferred with 2-7 years direct sales experience and a proven record of achievement and accomplishment.
  • Solid experience with CRM software, social media marketing a plus.
  • Fluent and proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English Required. French is a strong asset. 
  • Must have a valid driver’s license (G Class – travel required) and good driving record 
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills and writing skills. 
  • Strong work ethic and team player with desire to go above and beyond in a fast-growing business. 
  • Attention to details, can prioritize multiple projects and tasks while adhering to deadlines. 
  • Stay on top of situations and ahead of the curve. 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and close-loop consciousness.
